Pressing Instructions

We recommend pressing with a commercial heat press. We do not recommend using an iron or an easy press.

Every single heat press is different! We use heat guns to make sure that ours are at the temp that they need to be.

DTF

Heat press should be at 290-205 degrees.

Press DTF print for 10 seconds with HEAVY pressure! (8-9 manual or 60PSI Automatic)

Let cool for 10-15 seconds and then peel film.

Double press with parchment or teflon. Do NOT skip this step. It helps make the DTF a softer feel on the tee.

SUBLIMATION

Heat press should be at 380-400 degrees.

Put parchment/butcher paper on the inside of the tee before pressing. This will make it to where the ink from the transfer does not bleed onto the back of the tee.

Press for 60 seconds, 45 for 100% poly tees. Your pressure should be medium.

We recommend pressing high poly count tees for the best look. The more poly count, the more ink transfers to the shirt. If you are pressing lower poly count tees, the image with appear "vintage" & will not be super vibrant.

Sublimation is for light colors tees. Any "white" in the design, will be the color of the tee you are pressing.

DO NOT PRESS BLACK TEES.

Please make sure you know what you are doing before pressing. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PRESSING ISSUES DUE TO INACCURATE TEMPERATURE OR PRESSURE.
