Guidelines for Uploading Custom Transfers

To ensure the best results for your custom transfers, please follow these requirements for Singles or Gang Sheets:

File Requirements:

Resolution: 300 DPI is strongly recommended for optimal quality.
File Type: PNG format only.
Background: Must have a transparent background.
Orientation: Do not mirror or reverse your image.
Colors: Avoid neon, fluorescent, or highlighter shades.
Placement: Ensure no overlapping elements or images extending off the design area.

Legal Compliance:
All uploaded designs must be legally owned by you.
Designs that are trademarked or copyrighted are strictly prohibited.
Important: Any designs violating these guidelines will result in your order being canceled and issued as a store credit to allow for corrections.

Quality Assurance Is Your Responsibility
It is your responsibility to upload high-quality images. We only glance at the images when loading into our print queue and making sure that there are no banding issues. 

Designs created in programs like Canva, Procreate, Illustrator, Corel or Photoshop must be saved at the highest resolution and size to maintain quality.
